Hi, I haven't found a perfect way to achieve this, however, you can try the following method as a workaround. Open your OneNote. Create a new page in the Section you want to put your meeting notes. Type the following content in the new blank page: AGENDA: NOTES: ACTION ITEMS: 4. Then, click Insert > Page Templates > Page Templates. You'll see the Templates pane from the right side of OneNote window. Click 'Save current page as a template' at the bottom of the Templates pane. In the pop up dialog, specify a name for the template and tick the check box labelled 'Set as default template for new pages in the current section'. Now, click File > Options > Send to OneNote. Under Outlook Items section, click the drop-down list next to 'Meeting notes:'. Click 'Set default location' and navigate to the section where you just created your page template. You'll need to manually delete the original 'Notes' in the OneNote page opened.
